What is a true believer to do at a time like this?

God has given us a command to send the gospel out into the whole world as mentioned in Acts 1v8: “But the Holy Spirit will come to you. Then you will receive power. You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all of Judea, in Samaria, and in every part of the world.” This clearly means we are to warn the world about judgment day that is almost here. (Ref: John 20 v 19-22)

During the church age people including (pastors, biblical teachers, priests, and so forth) were not to know about the Lords return nor the day or the hour. However, in the book of Daniel, God put a sign indicating once the time was near the end the sealed book would be open for the true believers to understand. It’s rather obvious that God uses this information to let the world know that he is coming rather quickly. Then why should we be ashamed to come forth with it and teach others?

Mathew 11v27 says: “My father has given me all things. No one knows the Son only the father knows the son. And no one knows the father only the Son knows the father. And the only people who will know about the Father are those whom the Son chooses to tell.” This indicates that until we become saved we DON’T know the Son! So what does being saved mean? God had to have made payment for our sins from the foundation of the world. Ephesians 1 talks about this: Predestination is related to every true believer because payment for our sins was paid for by God himself. Mankind has free will to choose any religion he wants but can’t choose to become saved! (Not by baptism, accepting Christ, or confiding in a pastor.)

Romans 10v17: “So faith comes from hearing the Good News when someone tells them about Christ.” Cry humbly to God because faith makes it possible for us to be saved. Just because you have a contrite heart doesn’t mean you will become saved. Therefore, if we are trusting in the works that were doing, we will NOT become saved. It says in James 2v14: “My brothers, if someone says he has faith, but does nothing, his faith is worth nothing. Can faith like that save him?” Faith is a work and the evidence of faith is that work is done! God did all the work for all he wanted to save. Being sent to earth to carry our sins, by being crucified on the cross, and rising up again.

Diiva’s Insight: When God saves us, we will feel a change in ourselves and have an intense desire to do the will of God. Everything that we will do in his eyes will be good! There are those that claim they are saved; however, they don’t tremble before the word of God and believe what they want to believe and teach the Bible the way they think it should be taught. As true believers, we should warn the people of today about the judgment of God and if you are not sure that you are saved, then cry out to him and maybe just maybe he will have mercy on you like he did Noah and his family, the people of Ninevah, and Lot and his two daughters. Amen

Judgment Day.. are you Ready?

Judgment Day

Here’s something to think about

May 21st, 2011

Judgment day as stated in the Bible is feared by the world and will soon be here. The Bible gives many proofs that we are living in the time of judgment today. It says in Revelation 1v3: “The one who reads the words of God’s message is happy. And the people who hear this message and do what is written in it are happy. The time is near when all of this will happen.” Until our day the word of God wasn’t open to people. Today, God is really opening our eyes and has allowed the true believers to know we’re right close to judgment day.

Diiva’s Insight: I am one just like you who fears the Lord and want to do his will. I am one also crying in the wilderness asking God to save my soul so that I too will escape his judgment and anger! Please take this journey with me in learning about the Bible and help warn the world about Judgment day as it soon approaches.

Just recently, it said in the news that birds, fish, and all sorts of animals have been dying by millions. Oh how wonderful and powerful is our God! We should be fearful of the one who created us, who else can do such powerful acts on the face of this earth? There are those who don’t believe in him and as true believers of his word we should obey and warn those people for the throne of God is at hand and is arriving shortly.

Throughout the church age, God gave a command that no one would know when he was to return as a thief in the night. Those in the churches will continue to believe that they are true believers and that his coming will be as a thief in the night. 1st Thessalonians 5v2-3 says, “You know very well that the day the Lord comes again will be a surprise like a thief that comes in the night.” However, people all over the world who are still in the churches will say exactly as verse 3 says, “We have peace and we are safe.” At that time they will be destroyed quickly, as pains come quickly to a woman having a baby. And those people will not escape. If you continue reading to verse 4, you will see that it says, “But you, brothers, are not living in darkness. And so that day will not surprise you like a thief. You are all people who belong to the light.” This means that the true believers will know and are already getting prepared for God’s judgment as stated also in (Revelation 3v3). We should watch and search the Bible for there are lots of proofs and information god has revealed to us.

No one can accept the truth unless God opens their spiritual eyes. Galatians 2v16 says, “Yet we know that a person is not made right with God by following the law. No! It is trusting in Jesus Christ that makes a person right with God. We have put our faith in Christ Jesus, that we might be made right with God. And we are right with God because we trusted in Christ not because we followed the law. For no one can be made right with God by following the law.” If we try to trust in our own work then we aren’t listening to the Bible. Faith is a work and the fact that we believe has nothing to do with becoming saved. Payment for our sins was accomplished from the foundation of the world. (Ephesians 6v8): It is by grace you have been saved through faith, but it is not for yourselves it is the gift of God. Trust only in the word of God and pray so that he may have mercy on you and maybe save you from his wrath this day. Please visit Familyradio.com they are doing God’s works so let’s warn the world!

Why have friends when you can have associates ?

Wow I haven't been on here in  a while and 74 views but still 1 follower lol. That's fine but I wanted to say that, I have come to the realization that some people will turn around and stab you in the back even when you've done so much for them. God says that we should never hold any grudges, and sometimes for me I find it really hard to overcome. What should you do when you thought someone was your friend but they end up hurting you when you least expected it? Yeah i know it sucks but putting your TRUST in them and confiding in them makes it seem even worse. Be happy for the friends that have come a long way with you and still remain close and by your side. The ones that stab people in the back or have ulterior motives were never your friends but have always been your "Associates."

Same Sex Marriage

Same sex marriage shouldn’t be legalized because it clearly says in the Bible that marriage is between a male and female. Genesis 2v21-24, mentions marriage is ordained by God to be between a man and woman. Therefore, a man must leave his parents house to be united with his wife, where they will provide a stable environment for their family (1 Corinthians 7v2-16 and Ephesians 5v23-33). It is clear that men and women were designed to fit together sexually and the only relationship that can fulfill this purpose can only be between that man and woman.

Therefore, why does the entire world perceive same sex marriage and homosexuality as being right in the sight of God? The Bible condemns homosexuality as being immoral and unnatural states Romans 1v18-32; however, the only way to suppress this knowledge as shown by the gay rights movement, is by claiming homosexuality as good and attacking those who oppose it. Romans 1v26-31 couldn’t have given a more accurate verse explaining the sense of the gay community, “Women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones, and likewise men committed shameless acts with men. They were filled with every unrighteous, wickedness, and malice. They are rife with envy, deceit, hostility, haters of God, arrogant, and contrivers of all sorts of evil.”

In conclusion gay marriage is an offense to God; however, those who have sinned against him including homosexuals can ask him for forgiveness. There are also strong arguments against same sex marriage from contexts not even related to the Bible. Therefore, it doesn’t take a Christian to know that marriage is rightfully between a man and woman.

Friend or Frenemy? (Part 1)

When do you start losing your friends?

I've noticed that certain people just aren't on your level anymore. It's like you're parting ways, you've been close for so long and you no longer have the same interests. One person wants to do something else, and the other wants to sleep with as many men as possible.

BTW I speak from what I see around me...(I am happily married lol)

What should you do when this starts to happen? Do you leave that person or group alone and find new friends? OR stick around until you fall into their same category.

I say, "We enter the world alone, we leave the world alone. So it's better to be alone?" You can always make new friends especially when the ones you have now, always exclude you like your not even there. Are those friends? Ummmmmm NOT! They are called associates (people you just talk to now and then).

Then you have the girls that start problems for no apparent reason. (Say it aint so!)
Yupp! They claim ("I heard you were talking about me, behind my back!") and there you have it!

       The drama unfolds.........

"Dear God"

Squidoo.com
Dear God, sometimes i feel like my time on this earth is over; however, you have said in your word that life goes on and we are to live it day to day without any complains. I am greatful that i am here, and was brought up in a family that believes in you. Even when times get hard I will abide by your words. After all, things on this earth are only temporary.

Amen

THE END OF THE WORLD IS ALMOST HERE!

Something that has caught my attention:

JUDGMENT DAY is feared by the world and is the day that God will destroy the world because of the sins of mankind. The world is correct in believing that Judgment Day will come. The Bible gives us the correct and accurate information about that Day.

Sadly, the Holy Bible tells us that only a small percentage of today’s world will turn from their evil ways, and with great humility and fear will cry to God for mercy. Nevertheless, the Bible assures us that many of the people who do beg God for His mercy will not be destroyed. We learn from the Bible that Holy God plans to rescue about 200 million people (that is about 3% of today’s population). On the first day of the Day of Judgment (May 21, 2011) they will be caught up (raptured) into Heaven because God had great mercy for them. This is why we can be so thankful that God has given us advance notice of Judgment Day. Because God is so merciful, maybe He will have mercy on you. The Holy Bible says in Psalm 51:17:

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

And in Psalm 51:1-3 Holy God shows us the attitude we ought to have as we pray for His mercy:

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Daily I ask God to save my soul from the destruction that is to be on this earth we live in. The more I think about it, the more nervous I become because our God is a powerful God and should be feared all the time (Diiva).

Sadly, you can’t turn to your religion or go to your priest or pastor or spiritual leader for help. They, too, should be begging God for mercy for themselves. This is a matter only between you and Holy God. God knows every one of your thoughts, words, and actions. Turn away from your sins and humbly beg, beseech, and implore God for forgiveness.

We need to be fully into the word of God and repent for our sins are many. It says in the bible even one sin can exclude us from entering into the Kingdom of Heaven! Isn't that a scary thought? to think you are going to Heaven and you end up no where near it! (Diiva)

And, thank God that in His great mercy He has given you this warning of the destruction that is almost here, and the great hope that you, too, might be one whom God will bring to Heaven to be with God forevermore in the highest happiness and joy and glory. Holy God in the Holy Bible teaches us in Luke 18:10-14:

Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

I know some may not understand this however take a look at your Bible just a glance maybe and pray that God will have mercy on you and your family. My dad has always told me that you can pray for someone but you have to also pray foryourselves. (Diiva)                                                                                                                                                                 Credit: Family Radio.com
